What Can Cause Watery And Yellow Bowels With Pain In Stomach?

Hi, I'm male, 23 years old. A few days ago, the area of my gallbladder started to hurt, and a couple of days ago, my stomach started to feel -really- heavy, like they're was a block of cement in it. And thats been persistent for the past 35 hours or so. Even when I eat very little. Not to mention I've had very watery, yellowish/green bowels.
