What Can Cause Soreness In The Chest And Arms After Choking On Food?
I just got choked on some food and started coughing hard. I could not get enough air in despite the coughing and an electric like tingling (very painful) went through my chest and arms until I finally could breathe. I am okay now, but my chest and arms are very sore.

It’s quite common after choking. It’s due to regurgitation of acids to your nose and airway. It will resolve spontaneously even without treatment. As of now, drink plenty of water and take adequate rest.
