What Can Cause Redness And Brown Discharge From A C-section Scar?

I did a c sec 3 months now. The center feels tough and a pus filled soft area is there on top of a scar and on tge scar is soft raised area red and tender..i am also seeing brown discgarge. My womb feels tender when i urinate and have back pain. What could that be

It may be the infection occurring in a scar. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.Antibiotic like Cephalosporins may be given in proper doses under observation of doctor.

Anti-inflammatory drugs may be taken to reduce inflammation.
Apply antibiotic cream like Sisomycine cream.
