What Can Cause Premature Ejaculation During Intercourse?

Last night i was having sex with my wife but after 2 min my dick sudden became soft and i could not take any more. Before once it happend i ejaculate so quick could not made her happy. What is the reason? I have 2 kids before i was happy with my performance.Now i am bit worried. Advise me pls.

Isolated incidences of pre-mature ejaculation should be ignored. This could have occurred due to some underlying stress or unconscious anxiety. No need to get worried for that. This is absolutely normal. But if the problem persists and occurs again and again then please visit a doctor for help. Drugs like Dapoxetine can be used to make the time longer and will surely help you.
