Hi... I keep getting this grinding sensation in my lower back and it is sometimes uncomfortble, i usally get it if i have been sitting for a while, then i get up and it feels like my spine is grinding on something on my right side... also i sometimes get really bad back pains, say if i'm mopping/sweeping/hoovering and my back is bent to long, i get a really strong pain in my lower/middle back and somethimes it hurts to much i can't staighten my back! and i become quite breatless. Also am always tired!! I will go to my docs soon, i have been putting it off because i'm abit scared the worse will be said, silly i know. Please help, what do you recon is wrong with me? Thank you...
