What Can Cause Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Body Along With Dizziness And Headaches?

Hi, for 10 days I have had a feeling of numbness, tingling, cramps, dizziness, light headed, headaches, earaches, frequent ruination, and just an overwhelming feeling of sickness. My doctor was on vacation and now still can’t see me for another week. Went to urgent care and they ask what did I think it was I need help, I feel like I’m about to crash.

Hi,

Your symptoms could be because of middle ear or inner ear infection. In an ear infection, a referred headache can occur and dizziness also can be there. Your blood pressure measurement is advisable and otoscopy ear examination will be done to do a further workup. Until then symptomatic management done with paracetamol like anti-inflammatory drug and decongestant. You can consult a nearby physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
