What Can Cause Loss Of Appetite And Leg Pain?

my dad is 73 and not eating and his legs are hurting real bad and cholesterol is high .the doctors have done xrays on his legs couldn t find nothing wrong with them,we already know he has gout .and we know he has Aneurysm in stomach,but they said it has got any bigger.and he not eating they said its a good chance it could cancer could be anything besides that?

Apart from cancer other causes of your dad's symptoms could be stress and anxiety and low haemoglobin.
At this age loss of appetite and loss of sleep are very common because of stress or depression.High cholestrol and loss of appetite can also be because of malfunction of bile acids (gall bladder) .My opinion would be first get checked by professional counsellar and discuss further.You may also get ultrasound abdomen done to rule out gall bladder malfunction.
