What Can Cause Itching Feet, Hands, Buttocks, And The Elbow?

Hi it started with my feet itching severely then my hands then my hands were so swollen I couldn t make a fist, then my elbow , my scalp, now my buttocks and there s welts. At 1st I thought poison ivy but I can t even get off the couch because the itching, pain, burning sensation.
