What Can Cause Inflammation In The Penis, Especially While Smoking Marijuana?

My penis started burning last week but not when I pee an when I smoke marijuana it makes it even worse I ve been smoking for years an this has never happened to me iwent to the doctor to see what was wrong they thought I had an STD an igot tested an came back negative does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hello,

It could be due to local inflammation. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a urologist and get evaluated.
