What Can Cause Heart Enlargement?

I went for a chest x ray and the doc called and said l have slight heart enlargement.my cheslo, is good I do not smoke, lam not diabetic. l don not have high blood pressure .l excersis my stress level is moderate I can not understand while thatb is so

Dear
there are several reason why heart could be seen on X-ray as large
I would reccomend to schedule an appointment with your cardiologist and undertake a cardiac ultrasound
That will clarify if there something wrong or not
If you don't have difficulties in breathing or chest pain and as you don't have risk factors I don't think you have reason to worry too much

Well come to HCM
Obvious cardiomegaly is matter and this could be due to long standing hypertension but boarder line enlargement if detected in x-ray then this may be insignificant and to conform this ECHO is must, hope this information helps.
