What Can Cause Extreme Fatigue Along With Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Arms?

Have been in and out of specialists and primary doctor for over three months now. Still no diagnosis. Started with joint and muscle pain and fatigue. Two weeks later added weakness extreme fatigue numbness and tingling in arms legs face torso. Started a supplement and shake called herbalife. After sixth day using it all symptoms disappeared. Was symptom free for nine days. Last Sunday evening all symptoms returned with a vengeance. Also have nausea when driving or traveling in car. What could this possibly be

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should rule out connective tissue disorder. For that investigate with serum ANA estimation. If positive then investigate further with all panel for autoimmune disorder. If still diagnosis not clear then neurological examination done and check vitamin B12 level as well. I suggest you consult Neurologist for examination.
