What Can Cause Dizziness,wheezing Through Nose,chest Discomfort And Pain Under Left Breast?

Feeling dizzy on and off frm day little bit of wheezing through nose light chest discomfort and light under left breast pain....went to cardio in may did stress test everything is fine....also am not diabetic and my pressure is normal at all times.....any solutions?

Chest discomfort in your case could be due to bronchial constriction secondary to asthmatic features most likely due to environmental triggers.Since the chest pain is non cardiac in origin as per all the standard investigations.Drugs like salbutamol and steroids inhalational can help to control the symptoms of wheeze.Periodic pulmonary function tests can help to monitor the lung function.Consult your cardiologist for further query.Thank you.
