What Can Cause Dizziness Along With Nausea And Dry Heaves?
iwoke up this am with a dizziness that i have never exeperience before.room was spinning i wasa feelig febble and nauesa it led to dry heaves for a few seconds and by 2 =3 hours stopped was this possibly a sign of stroke my 48 year old daughter had a stroke 3 years ago

Early morning dizziness or nausea may be due to BPPV?? or posterior circulation stroke or vestibular insufficiency or hypotension or myocardial ischemia, etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. Please check your blood pressure. Check blood sugar. Please get an ECG and CT scan plain. please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
