What Can Cause Burning Sensation And Cramps In The Muscles After Insect Bites?
I had several insect bites about 3-4 weeks ago. On both ankles. It has been swollen ever since and only one swelled up and is getting worse. I now have a burning sensation and my muscles cramp and hurt when I walk. I had a Doppler test and that came out normal. Could it be wrong? When I press near my ankle bone, it leaves a depression for a minute or so. Any ideas?

Insects bite may cause edema but won't cause whole limb edema Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Possibilities like cellulitis or anemia or cardiac or renal failure. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
