Hi,

Memory loss or body imbalance or fatigue may be seen in Alzheimer's disease or parkinsonism or normal pressure hydrocephalus or vitamin B12 deficiency or alcoholism intake or multiple lacunar infarcts or posterior circulation stroke etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You also may be suffering from peripheral neuropathy due to deficiency if vitamin B12 and folic acid or diabetes.

Use tablet Pregabalin. If symptoms not improved please consult your neurophysician, he will examine and do CT brain plain then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
