What Can Cause Appetite Loss Along With Nausea, Stomach Ache And Dizziness?

I don't know what could be wrong but I am having a lot of different symptoms. I'm not really hungry at all when I try to eat I feel like I'm going to throw up. My stomach hurts like hell no matter what. I am so tired yet can't sleep and I'm spacey and not in pain but hurt. And dizzy most of the time everything is spinning and it's getting hard to breathe without it hurting.

Go for Liver function test to rule out any chronic liver disease,if the symptoms are for quite sometime and also USG abdomen to come to some conclusion.
