What Can Cause A Sudden Increase In Body Temperature?

I am a 32 year old female and today at 10:30 am my temperature under my tounge was 94.4 I did check it with a different thermometer and it also read 94.4 it slowly started climbing and it is now normal. Why would this happen? I was not outside or in a cold environment.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Slight changes in temperature can occur temporarily. If it is returning to normal then it is not of any concern and you can consider monitoring it.

The temperature of any foods or drinks used can alter the temperature of the mouth temporarily.

I hope this helps
