What Can Be The Red Raised Bumps On My Forehead During Pregnancy?

Hello I'm 26weeks pregnant and I have this raised bump on my forehead.it looks like extra skin but it's filled with blood really red..I ask my ob-gyn and she said it common in pregnancy and will go away but I never had this in my first pregnancy with my now 3yrs old son, so I need a second opinion please.
