What Can Be The Cause Of Swollen Glands In Abdomen, Legs, Knees And Arms?

I have swollen glands in my abdomen, legs, knees, arms and several times a year inflammation between my tailbone and anus. I also think there is a gland at my clavicle sternal joint that gets inflamed. Is there cause to be concerned? I am a 50y/o/w/f who was diagnosed with a rare form of systemic solar urticaria a few years ago where photosensitivity spans into visible light where I am confined to home under a controlled environment.

Hi.
Systemic solar urticaria is rare and indicates that you have an underlying dis-order.
All the symptoms indicate towards an inflammatory origin. The Primary focus has to be found .
The best way is to get an excision biopsy of any of the enlarged Lymph nodes.
IT will get us best diagnosis.
