What Can Be Done To Raise MPV Levels Before A Surgery?

I'm 70 yrs old,& Jan.8, 2015 I'm scheduled to have my right ovary removed.
Question-
What can I do to raise my MPV it is 6.9
What can I do to raise my HGB it is 11.0

P.S. My CO2 is 32
My Potassium was 2.9, it has improved to 3.3

What can I do very very soon, so I don't have to postpone my up coming surgery?
I'm on NO medications, I only take (1) Vitamin D 3 1000 and a 1 multi-vitamin a day. I exercise 1hour
everday.
