What Can Be Done To A Child Who Suffered A Severe Fall?
my son, 41/2 year old fell out of a shopping cart backwards onto concrete floor about 3 hours ago. He was lethargic. We kept him awake. He just drank milk and threw up. Now he says he feels better and is active again like before. Any advise on what I should do next? Thanks

Observe him for 24 hours for any loss of consciousness/persistant vomiting/any bleeding from ear or nose.
In case you observe any take him to ER.
Apply ice fomentation at injury site
