General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.Grinding is a classical sign that there is some problem with the the joint surfaces.
The first thing to do is keep the right forearm in the sling and give it a rest of not less than 3 weeks.
Secondly go for an MRI study of the joint. This will give you the right diagnosis.

Thirdly consult the Orthopedic Surgeon.
for proper co-relation between the clinical/ physical findings on examination and MRI report and then only go for a proper treatment..
Fortunately you can go for a diagnostic and therapeutic orthroscopy of this joint too.
