What Can I Do About The Clotted Blood Coming Out Of My Nose?

What can I do about the clotted blood coming out of my nose. I have several brain tumors (Central Neurocytoma - now considered a Grade II BT because of the tendency to recur) inside lateral ventricle - one of them is right by the Thalamus. Have had four MRIs from Oct. last year to June. Neurosurgeon said not to touch it. But now it's obviously pressing on the space behind my nose...

Brain tumors are known to cause nose bleeds depending on their site,extent.Mri scan usually comments on the extent of invovement.If the tumors breach the limit of nose bleeds can happen
