Hi,

If you have a terrible reaction to Sertraline, you must contact your doctor immediately. Your doctor may adjust the dosage, switch you to a different medication, or discontinue using Sertraline. It's also important to let your doctor know about all the symptoms you are experiencing. It's also a good idea to keep a journal of your symptoms to provide your doctor with specific details. In the meantime, take the medication exactly as prescribed and follow your doctor's instructions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
