HELLO, MY daughter is having allergy of milk,curd,almond and tomato,how can i give her calcium foods? i used to give her ragi kanji,and other food also,but she is 8.7kg only for her age of 1year 5months. which area of food should i concentrate more?
You can give her other calcium sources like green leafy vegetables, black sesame seeds, ragi is also a good source of calcium and can be given regularly. Soy milk can be given as a substitute for regular milk. Calcium fortified breakfast cereals and calcium supplements can be given to ensure adequate calcium intake for building strong bones and teeth.
