Hi,

Withdrawal in neonates is called Neonata Abstinence syndrome. Occurs in almost half of babies in whom the mother was having opioids. Shows as early as within 24-48 hours of birth or as late as 5-10 days. Although in your case specifically, I think Baby will be fine and will not be having withdrawal symptoms much due to low concentrations as you have started it late. Symptoms are Tremors, excessive crying, hyperactivity, high pitched crying, sleep problems etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
