What Are The Ways To Minimize Potassium Levels That Leads To Soreness And Numbness In Limbs?

Hi Dr. Samuel, I have a lot of questions. But right now at this moment, I need to know how to take the potassium. My potassium level is 31. I feel so tired, Leg and arm is numbness. I feel almost fainted around 4pm and 1-2 am everyday and my blood pressure goes low as 90,55. (I am actually high blood pressure ). Heart rate is low but sometimes goes very high. Currently, I take potassium (10meq) every morning. Can I take them around 4pm and 1am when I felt almost fainted? Also, can I cut it as half and take half of it at 4pm and half of it at 1am, meanwhile keep taking 10MEQ in the morning. So, total dosage would be 20MEQ each day. Is it too much? Thanks for your time in advance. Ying Xiu Li
