What Are The Treatment For Muscle Spasm And Twitching From Shoulders Into Arms?

I have muscles spasms and twitching form my shoulders down my arms and into my fingers whenever I cough or raise my arms too fast it almost feels like a current running through my arms and although I can move them it feels like a temporary paralysis I m sorry I have no money right now will try something else.
