What Are The Symptoms Of Scabies?

I am trying to figure out if my daughter has scabies, spider bites, flea bites, etc. I just looked at different bites and they all resemble one another. I cant get her to her doctor today and the school nurse said just keep an eye on it for a day or two, what should I do until then? Any certain kind of soap? What should I do about the itching?
