What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I have had sex, and I missed my period. I took two home pregnancy test around 14 days late of period. They came out negative. I am now 31 days late on my period. I have dizzy spells, more frequent urination, and lower abdominal pains ever so often. Could I be pregnant? Should I take another home pregnancy test?

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
If your period were previously regular & you have interpreted the hPTs correctly then this pattern is definitely strange. You should either repeat the home pregnancy test in front of a doctor or go for a blood pregnancy test. Also have one pelvic ultrasound to clarify the situation & to exclude other pelvic pathologies. Symptoms are not sufficient alone, to confirm or exclude pregnancy.
Wish you good health.
