What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi my partner and I had unprotected intercourse (pulled out method) about 3 times about a week ago. My LMP was the 15th July.. making the timing quite fertile. In the last couple of days I experience episodes of mild nausea, my breasts are larger, tender and have a newly much stronger network of blue veins. I also feel hungry, and unsatisfied even after I have eaten. Is it possible to have symptoms this early?

You have very rightly mentioned your LMP but forgot to mention the dates on which you had performed unprotected sex, however you do mention that your intercourses were in fertile period. Just to repeat and get your ideas clear, let me mention that the egg release in women is about 14 days prior to the next expected menses. So a week around that date is fertile period. If your intercourses are within this period, you have high chances of becoming pregnant.
Have you missed period? If so, how many days have passed?
Mild nausea, engorgement of breasts and turgid veins on the breasts do suggest the possibility of the early pregnancy. However, your increased appetite does not fit into this.
If about 8-10 days have passed after you have missed a period, better get the urine pregnancy test done for diagnosing the pregnancy and after that if you are still in doubt, you can get ultrasonography done for the confirmation. However, do not go for these tests too early lest the false results may misguide you.
