What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

hello doc, i am 33 yr old female..my marriage is 8 mnth only and in this mnth of july we planned for pregnancy after the 5 day of mensturation but as my last mensturation date was 7th july 2014,but my problem is from tomorrow i am having slight pain in lower abdomen and my low back is also paining..is this the symptom of pregnancy or symptom of mensturation near date,as i am old patient of bad pain of mensturation.thanku

Pain in lower abdomen or backache are not ssymptom of pregnancy, mainly it is due to mensturation ahead. IN CASE U DONT GET MENSES ON TIME, U CAN DO urine pregnancy test also.
