General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly find my advise after reviewing your query. Blood in stool while straining can be from fissure or hemorrhoid at the age of 19 with very rare possibility of malignancy.

It is recommended to get examined with consultant surgeon for per rectal and proctoscopy examination before excess routine blood loss makes you anemic person.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
