What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Breast Cancer?

hi my right breast feels different to my right breast the right one is feeling spongy below the areola down. My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer 12 years ago but unfortuatly passed away with secondary lung cancer aged just 47 i am 35 and 2 years clear from a sarcoma in right leg should i be worried about the feeling in breast

I really appreciate your concern, what the history you have given it is nothing to worry because such appearance is not due to malignancy, there should not be any hard (Firm) lump inside the breast, nipple should not be in shrunken position, both the breast should be in same pendulous position, hope this information helps.
