hello im a 54 yr old male non smoker .i work in industrial maint, about 5 yrs ok it got to the point i could hardly make a fist,been to several docs non really has a good anwser my bones in hands and shoulders is just about unbearable they said i have osteopenia but after reading aout that i don t have thse symptoms any ideas thanks ray

further investigation to confirm osteopenia may be done recomanded daily tablet of shelcal.it is easy to confirm osteopenia after investigation. it to test bone density test and density is low but not as low as osteoporosis.
