What are the symptoms of mitral valve regurgitation?

I have learned that all 4 of my heart valves have mild or trace regurgitation. I have a history with cancer and increased risk of heart failure. I have been experiencing many symptoms related to valve regurgitation. Can trace/mild regurgitation cause symptoms? My symptoms have caused me to off work for 2 months.
