Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kidney stones typically present with intermittent sharp abdominal pain in side of your abdomen. It can also present with blood stained urine. Do an ultrasound scan and you can easily check whether you are having renal stone or not. You can prevent the formation of kidney stones by drinking plenty of water. Avoid stone forming foods like chocolate, spinach, nuts etc. You can take vit D supplements and Diclofenac gel for symptomatic relief from knuckle pain and legs.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
