What are the symptoms of gastroenteritis?

Male 29, Hello Severe upper GI symptoms h/o diarhoea significant function overlay i find white foam in my stool everyday, stool looks like loose motion. I go to washroom thrice a day. Initially I used to burp bloat fart alot but now this symptoms are less but White scum still persist. Is it serious problem and what are it causes may be? is it due to dysenry or amoebic infection or worms or worm infestation, or Ibs? Iam suffering from last one year. My biochemistry is normal t3 t4 tsh normal esr is 12 hemoglobin is 13.5 B 12 level is 225 and mildly elevated serum homocysteine levels. Rest every test is normal no occult blood . My endoscopy report says diffuse inflammatory gastritis. I have taken medicine courses like: Allopathic- Razo d Ofloxin oz Rigol Gnorm Then I took course of antibiotics like Zentel Esoz Claribid Doxycycline Gastractiv Librax I have also taken homeopathic treatment but no relief Still I didn t get relief so went for Ayurvedic treatment. Now I am taking the following medicine Ayurvedic- Shivaksharpa churn Bhuvneshwar churn Vrith gangadhar vati Bilvadi churn Chitrakadi vati Mahasankh vati Gandhak vati Kutaj parpati vati Grahani kapat ras Piyush vali ras Shankh bhasma Bilagyl Kutjavaleh kutjarishth vidangaristh

Hi,
After going through your case there is more likely possibility of Irritable bowl syndrome.
You should not undue worry about your symptoms (as you have underwent near complete evaluation for your symptoms and there are no significant finding) until and unless there are symptoms like-
1) Weight loss.
2) Blood in stool.
3) Evidence of malnutrition like low hemoglobin, proteins.
4) Significant abdominal discomfort.
I am not aware of ayurvedic medicines so I can't advise much.

Medicine like fluoxitin may be helpful.
