What Are The Symptoms Of Food Poisoning?

Hello. My 16 year old son weighing 180 pounds ate a double cheeseburger and fries at McDonalds today 6 hours ago. Within one hour he began vomiting. He has vomited 5 times now. He complains of dizziness and nausea. No vision problems or headache. Within the last 30 minutes his bottom has swollen to triple its normal size. His heart and respirations are normal. Is this food poisoning? I have given him antihistamines at this time. Any other suggestions?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of nausea and vomiting and dizziness could be due to dyspepsia it is the digestive dysfunction, care needs to be taken for severe symptoms in case of that hospitalization is must, else the moderates symptoms are self limiting, just care needs to be taken for dehydration, it is not the food poisoning but it could be over eating or hyper acid secretion, food poison is less likely hope this information helps.
