What Are The Symptoms Of Chemical Poisoning?

I dyed my hair two days ago and I left it on longer then I should have and it did start to burn so I washed it out and now for the past two days I ve had nausea vomiting diarrhea severe headache and fever of 101. I am also 17 weeks pregnant, I went to the emergency room yesterday they diagnose me with gastroenteritis. could I possibly have chemical poisoning and if so should I wait another day or so to go back to see if the symptoms are still the same?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have must not be due to dyed the hair but it could be infection and this is nothing to worry about the chemical poisoning hope this information helps.
