62 year old male.I have been diagnosed with Dextrocardia. Though Ihave been told that my heart is not completely turn around backwards. It is deformed, and I have a left descending artery, and just with in the last 4-5 years that I have my right and central descending arteries have grown together, since birth, to form 1 artery that sort of wraps around the heat. I have had ope heart surgery, with bypassing the left artery that was 100% occluded. That was in 2001. I have recently had heart flutters, pvc s, pav s and atrilfib. This has been all diagnosed, but, now the question. Because of the deformation of my heart, could pvc s, pac s and/or atrilfib cause me to cough during an episode of on of these symptoms?
