I m pretty Sure I Have Arthritis In Both Of My Knees From Popping Them For Years For The Last 3 Weeks They Have Hurt Terribly Feel Really Tight When I Bend Them And Standing Up From A Sitting OR Squatting Position Is Horrible Any Advice On What I Could Do For The Pain To Subside

Accordingly go for treatment as if you will continue taking pain killers by your own it can create so many adverse effects in future.
