General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

Welcome to HCM

According to history provided, you don't have any significant complaint other than pain at the site of pain.

Patient with some internal brain damage usually presents with following complaints

1. Altered level of consciousness
2. Unbearable headache.
3. Nausea & vomiting
4. Seizures
5. other neurological deficit

if such patient comes to my clinic I usually advice some effective analgesic and then call him/he for further follow up

You should consult for nearby physician for further evaluation and management.

Hope I have solved your concern. For any further question you can contact me.

Thank you

Best Regards,
Dr. Om
