General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you are feeling guilty after eating and you induce vomiting this would be bulimia nervosa. It is a condition that is dangerous due to vomiting and the concomitant electrolyte disbalances and the damage it may cause to your teeth.

If you are not vomiting your food, you do not classify for bulimia nervosa and you may benefit from talking with a counselor on how to manage your eating habits.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
