Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Symptoms mentioned by are seen as a cyclical mastalgia ( pain in breast).
2.In inflammatory condition, also as you mentioned in the pregnancy as early signs.
3.But if you have no mass / lump felt in the breast the possibilities are less.
4.In inflammatory pain a course of antibiotic with pain killers will help.
5.Since you have familial risk factor - you can get the yearly ultrasound breast get done - that will help to detect presence of any abnormal pathology. At the same time BRCA test.
6.Do not worry much , make sure do breast feeding after birth - good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
