I think I may have morgellons, my symptoms are seem to match exactly. But I m confused about it. Some sources of info say that s it is delusional and others say it s a very real condition and it is not delusional. Personally I wish that it is delusional, however, some of the physical aspects are visually real. The strings are embedd into my skin or various colors. Very tiny. Visible with a magnifying glass.
