dear friend since you have listed almost complete spectrum of the symptoms I presume you must have researched about it as well Fluoroquinolone a broad spectrum antibiotic have been around from a long time the first one is nalidixic acid - introduced in 1962 for treatment of urinary tract infections in humans. since then they have evolved to now to fourth generation and the fifth is in making. they are valuable antibiotics and in the prescribed dosage and duration seem to be very safe. there is an organization called safe pill .org which is doing a survey of FTS. you may like to visit there too for some queries. there is a fair incidence of this condition and i agree that most of us before thinking of the FTS try and rule out other possible causes . please contribute to the watch dog agencies who are keeping a track of the drug adverse effect but please keep in mind the larger benefit of control of infection vis a vis the toxicity, there is not much difference in toxicity incidence between other antibiotics viz a vis quinolones we may loose an effective weapon in the potent world of infections and lot more lives to infection so my request to you would be to be careful on the crusade
