I work with someone whose verbal communication seems off. She is articulate when she speaks, and answers in complete sentences. Yet, she rocks back and forth in her chair throughout 2-hour meetings. She seems to have symptoms of ADHD. If asked a question, she brainstorms out loud, but then never answers the question. 2 hours later, she will give the exact opposite response/opinion than she gave before, in sincerity. I m wondering if there is a medical condition present. I have not been able to find a way to successfully communicate with her. She is college educated.
