hi i m dr rekha suffering from migrain and take vasograin during attack. Itake this medicine 6 7 times a month . is it safe to take the medicine. Previously i was taking betacap40 mg daily but now i stopped takingb this .Should i continue with the medicine
The common side effects of vasograin include heartburn, indigestion, increase in blood pressure, digital vasospasm, and arrhythmia. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, or kidney or liver disease should avoid taking vasograin.
Continue taking as and when required and if you experience those side effects you need to take an alternate effective but a safer medicine to treat acute attack of migraine.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
