Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I can understand your discomfort and anxiety. This medication is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder - ADHD. It works by changing the amounts of certain natural substances in the brain. It can help increase your ability to pay attention, stay focused on an activity, and control behavior problems. It may also help you to organize your tasks and improve listening skills. It should only be used for a short time (a few weeks) in patients who have not lost enough weight with other treatments. Serious side effects occur: Methamphetamine and cause excessive sweating and foul body odor. shortness of breath, c fainting, seizures, weakness on one side of the body, slurred speech, confusion. COther metabolic conditions, like advanced kidney and liver disorders or diabetes, can also produce strange body odors—usually in the form of bad breath. Most patients with body odor have a problem with bacterial overgrowth on their skin. These bacteria produce odor by breaking down the skin's sebum (oil). Long-term methamphetamine use can damage the brain and result in personality changes. A user may develop a psychosis resembling paranoid schizophrenia.•     Although recreational users experience negative effects, such as exhaustion, when coming down from it, they are not necessarily addicted to it or experiencing withdrawal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
